All sixteen eyes closed in disgust, tentacles curled up, and fighting the urge to vomit over the Milky Way, he swallowed an entire city's worth.
Humans tasted awful, but they were the cheapest snack in the universe.

THE ROBOT
I couldn’t help admiring the Doctor’s work.
His synthetic human looked so lifelike.
The hair, the face, the body. Everything was perfect.
But as I reached out to stroke it, he grabbed my hand to stop me.
“That’s my assistant”, he said, shaking his head, “The robots are this way…” 😎
